This was the view that we woke up to this morning . . . October 20.
So Sam is getting an autumn start on his winter clothes. By the look of things, Sam agrees with Steinbeck, who said, "I have lived in a good climate, and it bores the hell out of me. I like weather rather than climate."

Wow, that's amazing!! It's so gorgeous! Does this mean fall is officially over? Also, send some of that snow our way--it's supposed to be nearly 100 degrees in the valley this week, and Malibu is on fire again--sadness. Miss you guys!

Wow, you must be grateful to be in Aspen right now. The devastation in Malibu is very sad! Hopefully your buddies out in CA are all safe and accounted for.
