Skiing from 12,392 feet!

Matt Foley and I skied the famous Highland Bowl this morning. You take the highest lift on the mountain to the top of Loge Peak, then throw your skis on your shoulder and hike up a ridgeline for 45 minutes to the dizzy altitude of 12,392. Standing atop the peak, you snap into your bindings, and down you go! There is a LOT of gravity at play.
