Sam and I (Matt) buzzed over to Salt Lake City for the weekend while Becky went to Denver for a wedding. Sam had a great time getting acquainted with the liquorice bowl (above), and getting re-acquainted with his cousins (below) . . .

A licorice bowl, great idea, I love it, and I'm copying it!
I dig all kinds of licorice (red, black, Red Vines, Twizzler, bite-sized, long ropes), and I prefer my licorice stale (harder and chewier) so a licorice bowl is a great way to accomplish all of those things at once, while giving guests in my home the encouragement to enjoy a lovely licorice treat as well.
